About Us
Tristen, a proud fourth generation Iowan, tends his family farm rooted in tradition since the 1900s. His wife, a feed scientist who grew up on a dairy farm, runs their feed store and raises their children. Braxton, an Iraq War vet from a pioneer heritage family whose roots in the mountain west stretch back to the early 1800s, starts colts and raises livestock in Idaho. In late 2024 we came together to start Pasture Peaks Farms.
Raised among livestock and horses, we learned the art of sustainable ranching from our parents and neighbors, we carry forward their commitment to quality beef and land stewardship. With a deep connection to America's heartland, we blend time-honored methods with modern practices, ensuring the farm thrives for future generations. When not checking fences, calving, or getting bucked off a snorty young horse, we're sharing stories of rural life, and safeguarding our land and the spirit of our ancestors.
All meat is cut and packaged at a state-of-the-art facility, chosen by Tristen and his wife. Our mission is to deliver you quality products in a safe and timely manor. All packages ship on Monday morning so as to avoid sitting in a shipping bay over the weekend.
